报告人简介：
苑立平，理学博士（中国），自然科学博士（德国），河北师范大学教授、博士生导师、数学科学学院院长、中国数学会常务理事、中国工业与应用数学学会理事、高等学校大学数学课程教学指导委员会工作委员、河北省数学会副理事长兼秘书长。主要从事离散与组合几何领域的研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金项目6项，省部级项目9项，研究工作得到了德国ZAV、WUS提供的优秀回国专家科研项目资助。2010年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”和“河北省高校百名优秀创新人才支持计划”，同年获霍英东教育基金会第十二届高等院校青年教师奖；2013年获河北省杰出青年科学基金资助；2016年获河北省自然科学奖二等奖（第一完成人）；2019年被评为河北省优秀回国人员，受到省政府表彰。
报告摘要：
Let be F a family of sets in Rd (always d ≥ 2). A set M⊂Rd is called F -convex,if for any pair of distinct points x, y∈M, there is a set F∈F such that x, y∈F and F⊂M. A family F of compact sets is called complete if F contains all compact F -convex sets. A convex body K is called selfish, if the family F K of all convex bodies similar to K is complete.We say that a convex body C has the Rupert property if we can make a hole large enough in C to permit another copy of C to pass through.In this talkwe'll discuss the selfishnessand Rupert property of some convex bodies.
